Awful, dirty, zero amenities After hundreds of flights at Dulles were cancelled we were forced to find a last minute hotel room and all nearby hotels were selling out fast. We ended up booking here without a chance to do any research. The room condition was deplorable. The bathroom and kitchen area were especially filthy and the hair dryer did not work. Not up to the standards I remember from 2013 I reserved this hotel specifically for the amenities such as kitchenette, no maid service, etc. Arrived for check in about 15 minutes early and no desk clerk and one other customer waiting. Desk clerk showed up shortly and we got checked in and issued one key card although there were two of us registered. Went to the room and the key card didn't work. Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in Admittedly I booked last minute (same day) since I just needed a place to sleep while travelling for work. I checked in around 11pm and was placed in a smoking room. I didn't order a smoking room, but when they explained they were all booked on non smoking, I took them at their word and decided to power through it. Should have stayed at the Marriott We were checkled into a dirty room. Sheets stained, bedding on the floor. I have pictures and video of me cleaning my own room. I was given the option to wait for another room or send housekeeping. I chose housekeeping because I was told someone would be there in minutes. That was a lie! After waiting an additional 20 minutes and two trips to the front desk finally Housekeeping came. O VER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET ROOM NOT READY ON ARRIVAL HAD TO WAIT TO CHECK IN, ROOM HAD BUGS ;WE KILLED 3 DIFFERENT TYPES ON OUR FIRST NIGHT,PARKING IS BAD, TOILET WAS STOPPED UP AND WENT TO OFFICE FOR HELP. ATTENDANT COULD NOT FIND PLUNGER, APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES LATER A KNOCK AT OUR DOOR AND THE ATTENDANT BROUGHT THE PLUNGER THRUST IT IN THE DOOR AND TOLD US TO RETURN IT WHEN WE WERE FINISHED.
