I had to cancel my reservation at that same day. They sent me to 3 rooms and they were all unkept. This was at around 5pm. I had to cancel out of frustration. Please ensure that they send my refund.

I was honestly fearful for my safety. There was a fight in the room above me and there must be no sound barriers between floors. I was afraid there would be a shooting and the billets would go thru the floor.

Decent facility run on the cheap I checked in at the front desk and they were out of key card holders, which is no big deal, but I think they just don’t use them to cut costs. I walked into my nonsmoking room and was hit with the stench of cigarettes. On top of that the cigarette wrapper was laying on the floor and there were ashes on the carpet right by the door. Cheap Hotel, nice but not comfortable The hotel is nice, but not great. It was set up with a kitchen, but had no means to eat a meal at all. No plates, not cups, no bowls, no pots and pans, no silverware. I saw another guest getting all that stuff from the front desk. Why have rooms like that if you aren't going to stock it? Makes no sense. The bed was almost like sleeping on wood it was so hard. They offered a "free breakfast" in the morning...So I went to the lobby to ask where the breakfast was...."Right behind you sir." ... read more

Disappointment This place was not what you would expect based on the pics on the adverts. The little things were not there ie dustbin, sheets/blanket for the sleeper couch etc. Their bfast was also just coffee and a muffin.

Trash I booked hotel because I was hours away from home and I knew I would be tired to drive home after a late concert but once I checked in I felt so uncomfortable! It had the worst odor ever, it was small like a motel, and it looked nothing like the pictures presented online ! I was highly disappointed I ended up getting my things and taking a long hours drive home I could not stay and would not ever recommend anyone else to stay here!
