First and Last stay with this Hotel Chain! Positivity the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. If you want a coffee maker, toaster etc you have to get it from the front desk. The grab and go breakfast is a granola bar and coffee. The grounds are littered with broken glass, cigarette butts, and liquor bottles. The rooms are NOT as pictured on their website!!!! This hotel is NOT for families and any traveling should not stay here.

Never cleaned the room Not much to say. I will not return to that Hotel.

Dirty comforter I stayed here moved twice to two different rooms. First one the comforter was dirty look like it had hot chocolate on it very nasty. The second room the lights didn't work and finally the third had a smell didn't set to rest at all I just slept in the chair cause it looked like the only thing in there that was clean

Nit what I expected The room was just ok. I have never stayed in a hotel where you bring your dirty towels to the office to get clean towels. We found out that the rooms are cleaned once every 7 days. Never heard of this,as well. Will never stay at another Extended stay america. Thank you.

Old and out dated The first night I think it was so cold in the area that the heat in the room didn't fully function. The place was not very clean. The entrance was also not convenient.

I didnt even stay at the hotel. I was at this hotel for about 20 minutes. I checked in to the hotel and went to my room. I didn't even bring my bags in. I went in and used the restroom, and then there was a knock on my door. I opened it and a man tried making his way into my room. I slammed the door, and he left immediately. I called the non emergency police line so they could send an officer to check out the property since the man left and I had a friend meet me at the hotel to walk me to my car. Disappointed The room smelled like rotten wood. AC unit keeps going on never to stop even if it’s on the auto mode. Faucet is leaking towels looked dirty and old. Bathtub need some caulking to be done ASAP. The shower head needs to be replaced to say the least.
