Good condition in general

Everything was great, we stayed tues- Fri.. my father-in-law was in INOVA for 3 days great place for being close by, the staff at check in was so nice!! but… the poor sleeper sofa has seen better days. Thankfully we only slept on it for 1 night so my father could get a good nights sleep in the big comfortable bed before his surgery the next morning! The only thing my husband and I could do was laugh the whole night! Just needed a little more padding!! Other than the laughs from that, we had a great stay!! Thank you!!

My experience was ok until I saw I had been charged twice and two different rates.The reservation that I made through hotels.com, that was discounted, was not honored. When I checked into the hotel on Sunday evening January 25, 2026, the associate that worked at the counter pulled my reservation up but I was charged a higher different amount that was quoted from hotels.com. I only interacted with the front desk staff, and they were very professional and courteous. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room was very clean, and despite it being bitter cold outside, the HVAC worked like a champ and kept me toasty all evening. It is an older Hotel, so there may be very minor inconveniences like my bathroom door scrapes against the floor and makes a noise. Didn't really bother me. The mattress was very firm, like I prefer and I slept like a baby. The best sleep ever!

The facility shows its age. But the room was clean and conveniently located for our needs.
