Very mediocre.
Overall it was nice but our room smelled When we entered the room, it smelled like fish. I think it was due to the humidity, but I’m not sure. Once we turned the AC down, the smell did get better. Other than that, it was a cozy room and we had a nice stay.

A quiet, good safe place to stay for a convenient rate. With the proximity of about 15-20 minutes to visit Washington DC famous points of Historical significance.
Clean and Functional In two words, our suite was "clean" and "functional." It was a bit dated, but that's quite typical in this price range. It was very well located near the Inova offices and clinics we needed to visit. The room was clean. It didn't stink. The staff was very friendly and provided a couple of extra pillows on request. Fine for the price Overall the hotel is fine for a night or two. It's a get what you pay for situation. Needs some updating, but has the basics. There was some cleanliness issues. The floors, shower, toilet, and sink were clean. There appeared to be something stuck/dried to the wall in a few places near the kitchen, looked like food (we hope). Matress was hard. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
