The staff was amazing. Katrina was so helpful in what was a super difficult time for my family! I appreciated her kindness and helpfulness so much!

Bare bones, somewhat noisy, not the best stay It was an ok experience,but not as good as I had hoped. The lady who checked us in was helpful. However, I asked for a quiet room. She initially had said she planned to give us a 2nd floor room, but the only 2nd floor room with a king-sized bed was next to a room with 2 dogs. Instead we ended up with a first floor room near the looby, behind a stairwell and trash cans. It was noisy footsteps overhead and noise outside until 10:00 pm, and relatively quiet after. We traveled 3 hours for my kidney-transplanted husband to have a biopsy. We arrived 2 hours early and were greeted like royalty and permitted to check in 2 hours early. The manager personally notified the front desk of our early arrival and it was so nice to be able to relax before a grueling two days of testing and procedures.
