We traveled 3 hours for my kidney-transplanted husband to have a biopsy. We arrived 2 hours early and were greeted like royalty and permitted to check in 2 hours early. The manager personally notified the front desk of our early arrival and it was so nice to be able to relax before a grueling two days of testing and procedures.
