The hotel was dirty and trashed. There were stains and ripped blinds and shades. Ended up leaving

The beding was not clean

The floor was dirty, residue, not blatant. Lights were questionable. My bigger discouragement was ya'll said it had a workout facility --- that was not true.

My id wouldnt scan i waited 30 min for the rep at the front desk to recive a call back from the manager. It was a stressfull and disappointing experience.

The hotel is very run down. Roach infested. Questionable stains on comforter. Cabinet doors barely hanging on and lamp that was bent over broken. Ceiling in shower was poorly “repaired”. All of my luggage will now be outside in case of a hitchhiker. We stayed here due to its close proximity to inova hospital and it was quite disgusting. I complained about the infestation and wasn’t offered a refund either.

It's so dirty, smelly, noisy, dangerous, and there's no breakfast. I never want to experience that again.

The hotel appeared dingy and dirty. The frint desk was pleasant and very helpful

We were unaware prior to checking in that there was no elevator on-site! We aren't able to climb stairs, let alone pull suitcases up them. After checking in, we then found that we couldn't stay at the hotel and that there were no ground floor rooms available. We had to leave and book elsewhere. We've never been to a hotel before that doesn't have an elevator! Although we found afterwards that the Expedia listing does indicate that there is no elevator, we still want the reservation to be refunded!
