I checked around 630p on 1/3/20. Left out to go to the game and was back around Around 1045pm I hear someone banging In room next to mine like they are trying to come thru the wall. I call the front desk and the lady said she will check into it. Few minutes later I hear banging again. I call the front desk and she said she’s checking into it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I lived in a Extended Stay Hotel in Gurnee Illinois for 4 months and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thats why I choose another Extended Stay in Virginia for 1 week. But what a bad choice I did. First in my check in the lady in the front desk look terrible no uniform hair mess up everything except professional. My room looks horrible the recliner chair was broken. Then I ask to be change to a decent room. I stay a whole week and this people DONT CLEAN the room other if I pay extra. Overall I was not happy with this Stay America. When I went to check out got the surprise that they were closed, no one had informed me. So I didn’t know how to check out. I worried I would be charged again. We’ll see I’ll check my statements. Not Good!! Will definitely not be staying here.

BED BUGS In addition to just being generally unclean, this hotel has bed bugs! Stay away.

Location was very good however the following are what is Disliked - No coffee pot in room - No maid service on a daily basis - The room smelled--smoky smell and just old carpet - Trash all over the parking lot
