The guy at the front desk was racially bias. I had a reservation was treated like I was going to steal the whole room. The white gentleman before me had no reservations and was asking about how many people he could have in the room, fake signature and everything. His check in was quickly pushed through. I had to give all of my information over again, he took a copy of my commercial driver's license, a copy of my debit card and then puts me in the room next to the office, which was not a smoking room. I wasn’t happy to stay. Also the room should be smoke free. However, the room smell was old and bad.

I checked into the property and it felt creepy. I Jokingly asked the concierge if there were any concerns I should have like mice or rats and he stammered over a no. When I went into the room it felt very cheap and the bed was like a pull out couch. I immediately saw a pile of hair... upon closer inspection it looked like a wad of pubic hair right on the counter. Rooms are basic but clean. The outside halls and the communal rooms are filthy. Locks on two separate rooms operated intermittently.

Very dirty, surfaces not even wiped after last guest. There were no dishes in the kitchen, not even a glass for water. It was cold and there was no thermostat and only a very thin blanket. The fixtures were old, worn and broken. I couldn’t stay.

Prices change every minute I've lived here for a month I was very happy I would like to live here. I need it to extend my stay and it took me over two hours on the phone back and forth between hotels.com and Extended Stay America 2 hours to save $20 when I have spent thousands here in the last month. Otherwise the place is great it does depend who's working the front desk that is a major issue as to what type of quality of service you get most of them are great.
