Hotel Okay This was an okay hotel but as we had a non-smoking room we were disappointed to find an odor of stale smoke in our room....fabreeze offered by front desk but did nothing to help the room smell better. Bought room deodorizer and spray but still found the room to be unpleasant to the nose.

Good place if you want to save money on meals Our room had a strange odor - but we soldiered through. Our 4th and final night, however, we returned to our room from our training to find the electricity had gone off - just in our room. The manager tried to find the problem; couldn't and quickly gave us keys to the room next door and a coupon for a free night. We were very impressed by the staff and their desire to help. We will use Extended Stay again.

Merely OK. This hotel is "fine" - no huge complaints - but did not bowl us over. We were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and our dog. The "queen" bed was small and creaky, the room was short on pillows, and the bathroom was mediocre at best. The hotel was clean, easy to find, safe, well-lit, etc. It's the kind of place we would go back to if we had to but we wouldn't seek it out.

Underated Hotel I read so many previous reviews about this hotel not being kept clean and the non-smoking rooms smelling like the smoking rooms. This is not the case at all the hotel service is great and the room is nice.. Even my friends that came to visit me said I did my homework on choosing this hotel. I would definitely stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe. My only complaint is that you really need a car to travel from this hotel because it is not tha much restaurants and etc. near the hotel.

Good location, but that's it.. Just the facts: 1. Very friendly and helpful staff (extra points) 2. Hotel and room had the smell of an old gas station 3. Continental breakfast was coffee, packaged muffin, apple or orange. 4. Hallways and parking areas were littered and dirty. 5. Great location! Easy access and plenty of supporting businesses around. 6. Seems to be a favored place for the nomadic type.

Smaller room compared to the picture shown The room with queen bed and sofa bed is much smaller than what is shown in the picture. There is no breakfast at all during weekend even if you want to pay extra. For the price in that area, the best you get from this hotel is kitchen.

Nice Gaithersburg Hotel Nice size rooms and kitchen; no hangers; clean and not noisey.
