Room smells like an ashtray Hotel desk tried to double charge me for the room. Check in took more than 20 minutes even though I was the only client at the desk. Room smelled cigarettes

Dirty and musty I was here this past weekend. Really nasty smelly hotel. The elevator walls where grimy and our room smelled really bad! It reeked of cigarette and it was musty. Don't be fooled by the breakfast the website says is available. Breakfast is a stand in the lobby that consists of packaged muffins, granola bar and coffee. They did not even offer water! There was absolutely no dispenser for cold water! Horrid place.

酒店位置不错,安静,交通方便。但是酒店设备比较陈旧了,东西也不齐全。房间没有咖啡机,没有吹风机,床也很小。服务员态度还不错。

Nice staff, but some cleanliness issues Had difficulty with check in as they had no info when we arrived. Noticed trash that cluttered that parking lot as tenants would dump the trash wherever they wanted. Also Dog excrement grassy areas and in parking lot. This reflected more on the guests than on the management, but I did not see any attempt to clean up either problem.

I wish the facility would put hand rails in more bathrooms. My mother who is 91 had a hard time as we couldn't get an accessible room the first night. Otherwise our stay was good.

It is predictably fine. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful, otherwise non-intrusive. Appreciate the usually fast and stable internet with the option to upgrade internet speeds. Pretty convenient to local shopping and the highway, but out of the way of heavy traffic.
