Arrived to our original room and it had a bad smell like a mildew/mold. When I returned to the desk and advised them of this they changed my room immediately without any issues

Extended Stay was just ok Staff was friendly. Room was okay. Door to bathroom was in disrepair and door would not close. Shower sounded like a 747 taking off the whole time you were in there bathing.

One Night Stay It was definitely a 2.5 star hotel, right down to the bathroom sink that was stopped up and barely drained - to the recommendation of the front desk personnel asking if I'd mine coming to get a plunger to work on it because there was no room service personnel and he was at the front desk alone.

Just alright Had a non smoking room and smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in. No ice machine. Elevator doesn't really work.

SHOCK Well, when my family got there, my son bed wasn't made, but they did gave him another room next to his mom, that was a plus, but my daughter found a Bed bug in her bed, She didn't tell me until it was time for them to go back to the Eastern Shore, and last there was only one wash cloth in their room, when they went to the front desk, they said that they didn't have none, Wow, for the price that they charge for this Hotel, it should been much better, the one in Raleigh, NC was SUPER. We hope they will get better by July... read more

Needs kitchen remodel Pleasant experience. Two suggestions: 1) small children should be booked in a separate area/floor as other guest. They are loud and disruptive. 2) cook tops are horrible. Wouldn't boil water on it. REALLY OLD.
