If you're looking for a cheap room near FedEx Field it gets the job done. Walked both ways to the game, not a problem, not quite a mile and half walk each way. Renovation was a little obnoxious, but the room was fairly clean. Straight forward room, little kitchenette, nothing fancy, but it's efficient.

Extended stay disappointment It felt more like a motel 6 than what I expected. It was dated and musty smelling. Ther breakfast was a grab and go which only offered granola bars and instant oatmeal .
