The location of the stadium to FedEx field. Hotel staff was very nice. Some residences seemed a little shady, with police presence the first night we stayed (presence meaning 6 officers 3 rooms down from our room SCARY). Disappointed in the "breakfast" and the fact that the hotel did not have ice machines. Besides those few setbacks, the hotel was okay.

Would be 4 stars if truly a non-smoking hotel. The staff was excellent. The facilities could use a refresh. Second story smells badly of smoke. Coworker was on second floor and his clothes and suitcase smelled of smoke after stay. Not sure if just trapped in walls and fabrics, or more likely the no smoking rule isn't being enforced. Would give it a much, much higher review if it weren't for that, but that is a tough thing to overlook. Very close to Silver/Blue line (station within easy walking distance). Not recommended for a family The staff is great , but the hotel.needs some updates or at least check the cleaniness of the room ,we reseved it for 3 days we ended up staying 1 and switched to the hotel next to it Comfort inn
