Good price - iffy condition Okay for the price, but the room could use a good cleaning.

homestead suites reston The room was really dirty. Stained counters. Refrigerator exterior was yellow, not white with dirt. Missing all pots and pans or cookware. Dish soap would be nice.

hotel Its time for updates. The rooms are old and out of date. But the mini kitchens, location and price are great.

Good for short or long term. Great Location, good appliances, OK cooking utencils, and great outdoor BBO. The fast food places in the complex are great.

Great Place Close to Dulles I was pleasantly suprised, Honestly wasn't expecting much with the deal I got. Room was Very Clean and in great condition. Girl at the desk was very pleasantly and check in was a breeze!

Good location, different services Stayed for three nights. I booked the room at a special rate, so I didn't pay full price. The room is more of a studio than a hotel. The kitchen area was nice, but the room did not include complimentary breakfast or daily room service. Parking and wi-fi Internet were free. My experience was good overall. No problems with room, staff, noise or parking. The location is nice, close to restaurants and a shopping center and there is a nice trail behind the Y.

Close to my place of business This hotel is in a great location for access to both Herndon and downtown Reston. The quality of service from the staff was excellent, but travelers need to be aware that the facility and internal furnishing is older and of a lower standard, which is probably why the price is lower than the average cost of other hotels in the nearby vacinity.
