Front desk was not manned as stated and had to call out for someone. Room was clean but there was a definite strong smoke smell. Bathroom in need of repair and upgrades would be helpful. Outside was dirty and littered. Would definitely not stay again.

This is not like it looks on the pictures. Its very unclean and shouldn't have the rating it does. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I refunded my money after just a few minutes.

Place is placed with misplaced families and drug addicts. Not a good look for someone disabled and looking for a few nights to stay. Place inside is filthy and not sanitized well, carpet stinks and they should remove it due to a bunch of dogs that stay there.

Booked and paid for room thru Expedia. When I got there they said they were out of Queen rooms and that I would have to pay $50 extra for King size. Total dishonest attempt at a shakedown.

Make another choice I didn’t know that this hotel contracts w/the county to house disadvantaged folks. There were several times lots of shouting & arguing was happening at various rooms. Sketchy individuals loitering about on the adjacent street, I did not feel safe walking about. Non smoking room next to me had pot smoke wafting thru the air A garbage can at the end of the hall & visible to me every time I walked out my door was never emptied even when garbage was spilling out onto the ground. Missing the soap, shampoos etc in the washroom. kitchen without cups or pots or spoons. Room locked was kind of broke. Too much trash in different areas of hotel.
