Overall my stay was great. The bathroom needs an overhaul... there were areas on the bathtub and bathroom wall that were peeling away
Extended Stay American - Tysons We checked into our room and when we got there, we realized that there was no water in the toilet tank so we couldn't flush the toilet. We tried turning it on, but that didn't work. We told the manager the issue, and he quickly moved us to the room next door. Part of the closet was broken, the outlets were loose, and although clean, it isn't well-maintained. Also, neither of the 2 rooms had nightstands on both sides of the bed although there is plenty of room for one on either side.

Nagua at the front desk WOW !!!! The front desk Nagua was very friendly and attentive to all my needs I wish everyone was as curtious as she was. My experience was wonderful because of her.

Dead insects on the bed, didn't feel like the bedspreads were washed, noisy heater and refrigerator
