Cleaning staff are very loud. They also don’t knock on doors. Breakfast is a granola or packaged muffin/cupcake. It was OK for the location but much better options tor the price. Rooms are clean but only one trash can. You have to ask for kitchen supplies. No do not disturb, you have to request not to have the room cleaned. Old musky wall AC that isn’t good for allergies. Bed was clean. Overall, the room wasn’t clean but not dirty either. Wil need to bring your own slippers for the bath and carpet.

Inconsistent quality - from great to frustrating. sun. morning manager was great - Sat. afternoon check-in staff wanted to be helpful but was poorly trained. ROOM - clean & well laid out - but (a) bathroom sink drain was broken (closed but didn't re-open) - no one on site to fix it; and (b) Kitchen had NO utensils, mugs, pots etc - and no sign saying there were available! No gym access but otherwise very nice Clean, nice full kitchen, everything was as described, except the description said there was discounted access to a locall gym and when i checked in i was told there was no gym nearby.

Nice hotel, had good experience. Carpet needs thorough cleaning, was sticky at few places

NEXT TIME I'LL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE Pros: When I showed up early (around noon), they let me check in. Cons: 1) Tried repeatedly to call the hotel in the morning to arrange early check-in, but they do not answer their phone. 2) Room smelled funky - maybe someone had been smoking in it. 3) Fridge was very noisy - ended up unplugging it. 4) Pillows are very uncomfortable (but mattress OK). 5) Contrary to listing, there is no breakfast (except coffee and granola bars).
