Nice hotel close to everything I need. I am an independent contractor and travel to the Tysons/McLean/Falls Church area 3x week, and I usually stay at the Extended Stay America Tysons Corner. I am always greeted warmly, and while it's not the Taj Mahal, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they are in the midst of updating the rooms. Michael, the manager, is always willing and able to help, usually going the extra mile to make sure I have everything I need to make my stay comfortable. Good priced hotel... Blanket on bed had stains on it...changed it out...rooms had kitchenette...first room I was in had an odor......

Acceptable quality - better than I expected Staff helpful, lobby should be vacuumed more. Room was nicer than expected but the noise from the refrigerator was loud and voices really carried from people talking in the hall.
Definitely not the Ritz This hotel is satisfactory--it meets all the basic criteria: convenient, spacious, relatively clean, comfortable beds, etc. However, if you're looking for great customer service and amenities, you won't find them here. Each time I stay I request a particular room (which I rarely get); I do an inventory of basics--are there towels, washcloths, toilet paper, tissues, remote control, hair dryer, etc.--once I get to my room, and 9 out of 10 times, I need to go to the front desk to get what I need.
