TERRIBLE .... AVOID It was just a night stay to catch flight from JFK. The rooms are pretty dirty, the bed is very very uncomfortable, I could hear springs making noise when I toss and turn. I could not sleep properly. Shower water flow is like just dripping. I will never ever stay in this hotel again...

For the price!! They should not advertise breakfast ! Pre packaged cereal bars! Watered down coffee! Stay next door , I think would be better! Parking area inconvenient ! Could be dangerous ?! Not sure ?

The room was filthy, had all kinds of stuff on the door nobs and and counters. The bed was barely clean.

Parking lot is shady AF There was a Lotta homeless people it appear to be living in their car in the parking garage? A lot of people were just spending a lot of time in cars loitering at all hours of the night.

Very, very negative first impression. Front desk sign said staff had stepped away; no directions on how to contact staff to get checked in. Maintenance man found front clerk for me. She was friendly. Gave me my room key and I was 30 min earlier than 3 pm check in time. Went to room, room still being cleaned. So I had to load luggage back in car and wait. I asked about parking. The place is very gross, and the clientele scared me and the staff members have an attitude and they talk about the guests with other guests and to each other and I also heard two of them use curse words. Very unprofessional and not worth my money I want my money back. Also, the bathroom floor was very sticky and their stains all over the table in the countertops.

Carpet Smelled so bad, that even airing it out didn't help. The Fridge was making a reqlly loud noise. The elevator inside the hotel and the one outside for the parking smelled like people were smoking in. For 1 night and 290$, it was very disappointing.
