The elevators in the parking garage were broken at night when I came in and again in the morning. Had to haul my bags up and down three parking levels. They should have been paying me

The room had stray hairs every where: sheets, bathroom counters, toilet seat, etc. Overall, the room felt really dirty. Even though a non-smoking room, the room spelled like an ashtray. We think people smoke in front of the hotel and then smoke gets into the room by the window or AC unit. Even though front desk person was pleasant, we would never stay here again.

I only chose this property because of a scheduling mix up at the place I typically stay. This hotel has a dirty and scary looking parking lot, the room was subpar with a tiny, cheap mattress. Also, the power went out that night because of a rain storm, and the door locks from the scary, dangerous looking garage would not work. I called the front desk, and they made me walk all the way to the front of the building to come in, instead of just walking down the hall and opening the door. I was DRENCHED. Not my kind of hotel.
