This hotel needs major updating. Plumbing and lighting are poor, carpet is worn and stained. Portions of walls are patched and not painted and wall color is deab and dated. A depressing appearance.
The breakfast was sub-par...if you're only going to give out a muffin in a paper bag, it should be advertised as such. We chose this hotel partly because it say breakfast was included.
Not the best and not the worst.
Staff was very courteous. Rooms are very outdated and not serviced enough.

Good value, restful night, I would stay here again I needed a last-minute place to stay in Wichita. This location offered a good combination of location and price. From reading some of the other reviews, I think that many of the negative issues that people have experienced might be closely related to the other people staying in the motel during a person's stay.
