Everyone was helpful and courteous, they had white board with suggestions of places to eat and things going on around the city

This hotel is quite good if you're going to be in town more than a few days. Having a full kitchenette in the room was an amazing convenience. That doesn't mean that it didn't have problems. Most notably is that fridge doors are set up in such a way that it's impossible to open them while standing in front of the fridge and because of where it's located you have to reach over the door to get anything in or out. The staff was excellent and even handled a couple odd requests like it was the most important thing in the world.
