Old Hotel needs updating The hotel upgraded us to a larger room on arrival which was nice and unexpected. However upon entering our room right away the toilet leaked all over the floor every time you flushed it. There was no toilet paper either. The shower got lukewarm at best. The shower had orange rust around the where the tub and wall met. The shower curtain had black mold on the inside bottom that hung in the tub. My next hotel to stay at. Great hotel. Room had a full kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, plates and cups and glasses.

Not worth the money The room was hot, the air conditioner didn't work very well. The front desk was nice and they gave me a fan. The Hotel did not have ice available.

The rooms were nice, the service was good, but when we had an issue, instead of fixing it, they comp'd our room a night. Although that was nice, having the issue fixed would have been a better solution. Also, make sure if you need a hair dryer, you take one. They are not in the rooms and the front desk was out the weekend we were there. The area was close to everything we needed including food and stores!

Ballin in Wichita Meh, overall a bit disappointed. Clean enough hotels/facilities, but the pool wasn't clean. Murky, closed for "maintenance". The location was good for us and the neighboring hotels were full or very expensive. At this price point, I expected more. It appears this franchiser is going the "cheap" route and the deterioration is beginning to show.

Ok for the price Our room was ok except the sugar ants but others in our party did not have a great experience but were compensated. Toilet issues, AC issues and loud guests in other rooms were a problem.
