Knowledgeable, Courteous, Kind, Professional My stay at Extended Stay was a pleasurable stay simply because of the front desk staff namely Ms. Vivian. Wonderful personality, Courteous, Kind. Was having a terrible day and Ms. Vivian hasC wonderful sense of humor
Pleasant stay for being in a pinch. I had a situation arise where I had to find a place to lay my head late in the evening. I booked it and was in the room within 30 mins. The upstairs neighbor was heavy footed and the bed was a little stiff but all in all it was a pleasant stay in a pinch.

Valentine's Day Vaca I liked everything except the smell of the trash. I loved it tho. I'll stay here again.

OK.Too many dogs barking early in the morning, people talking loudly in the hallways, doors slamming as people left rooms instead of buffering/softening doors IN THE ABSENCE OF ADEQUATE PNEUMATIC DOOR TECHNOLOGY; no bathroom exhaust fan; bed too small, should have Kings in all rooms, should have accessible/grab bars in all showers, bath sink stopped up (should be cleaned at all changes by pulling stopper and snaking drain trap, or pulling lever system underneath and using only loose stopper)
Don't recommend Staff at check in was very helpful. First room assigned had strong smell of smoke even though this is a smoke-free hotel. Staff immediately moved me to another room. That room had bad carpet stains in multiple places so I never felt like the room was clean. Counters, bathrooms, etc did appear to be clean though. I was there on a 6 night non-refundable stay.
