They were fine and did a great job. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They were thorough. They got the inspection done in about 45 minutes. The scheduling was great and they came right out. It was a great value. It was a Big Deal for $149 for Roof Maintenance Package.

It went well and they did a good job. They were helpful. They did what I expected them to do. They noticed something on the roof that needed fixed that I didn’t realize. There were no issues with scheduling. The guy that came out was very helpful and talked about what he did. It was a Big Deal $149 for Roof Maintenance Package. They didn’t spot anything on the gutters.

They did a terrific job. They found that the person who did the roof did not do a good job and it was sloppy work. They were professional and came promptly. They gave me professional, timely feedback. The scheduling was fine and I didn’t have to wait and they were prompt. I have recommended them to my neighbors and they are a good outfit. It was Big Deal Roof winterization Inspection for only $119. They came another time and replaced some flashing.

It was a great experience. Estimator came the day after I called to survey the project and provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed estimate within a few days via email. Crew chief was very professional and knowledgeable. Full job was completed in one day, as promised - on time andon budget. The new siding is beautiful. I highly recommend Exterior Medics. Installed vinyl siding over brick

The work was done perfectly. They were able to come at an earlier date which we welcomed. The work was done as scheduled and the yard was clean when they left. Our home looked like they never were here, other than the problem was fixed.After the work was done, they followed up with us to confirm the work was doneto our satisfaction and provided us with before and after pictures.We were fortunate to have a significant rain storm shortly after the repair, which quickly confirmed the problem was fixed. Mark diagnosed the problem and provided us with a detailed estimate. With our approval, Exterior Medics production sheduled and performed the work. The work was done when it was scheduled.We did not have to be home, so we were not inconvenienced at all. The work was done and cleaned up in a way that allowed us to see the results, which were excellent, without experiencing any of the construction hassle. There were some initial scheduling issues, but once they got started the job was handled very professionally. They were on the job when they said they would be, gave plenty of notice, and completed close to promised date. All their staff were very courteous, and took care to keep the work site clean and orderly, protecting all nearby landscaping in the process.
