Tom Green gave an informed estimate of work to be done and showed brochures of materials to be used. Work was accomplished professionally with clean-up done completely. Communication was excellent. Replace/repair shingle roof and completely replace flat roof.

It was a positive experience. We were satisfied with the work and I would recommend them. We had them do the inspection and they found few things that needed to attended to and we have them attended. I would use them again. I used Exterior Medics for roofing about three years ago.

The guys came by a couple days later, I did not have to tell them anything and they got the job done. I have not had any problems since. Nothing was unusually good or bad, just a routine service. The workers showed up on time. The workers did not quite understand English and could not understand me. Just for patch work, they were fine. I used Exterior Medics for a roof inspection and fixed a section of the leak.

I scheduled service in June 2011, which had to get rescheduled a few times due to inclement weather and my travel schedule. Having said that, they honored the original Angie's List coupon deal price of $149 even though it was past the expiration date, which was great. Mark, their roofing specialist, came out to our home to inspect the roof, take digital photos of the vital exterior structures that needed work and provided a professional plan of action with recommendations on what needed to get fixed immediately vs later. had to contact company several times before they were able to come out. Mr. Oskar performed the service. He did a good job! It went well. Since it was a small job and I had to wait awhile for them to respond, I was not charged anything but I was perfectly willing to pay. Iwaited for the winter to pass and into the rainy season before writing the review. I wanted to make sure all was well. Nailed in side panel on roof bump out.

They were great. The first visit the sales guy took pictures to show us all theproblem that needed to be done.He walked us through the process of what they would do and how they did it. It was great. I felt very informed. When the day came to do the work they were on time and did a wonderful job. The did what they said they were going to do. We are most pleased with all of this work. The absolutely superlative part was the patient, consistent, and professional effort of Mark Watson (vice-president/owner) in interacting with the insurance company. He was outstanding! Exterior Medics performed all the services necessary to repair and replace the damage to our house when a tree fell on it (garage and kitchen) last year. The whole experience went very well. We made an appointment, he came on time, and he brought all of his own equipment. He looked at my roof, made a recommendation, put on more tar and didn't even charge me for it. He didn't try to sell me on anything else. He came out, inspected my roof, and added tar to my chimney to further seal it up.
