It was fine. They came and inspected my roof and sealed a few loose tiles.

I work for a general contractor and we use Exterior Medics for roofing and siding work because they do excellent work, are incredibly responsive and very professional. I recently replaced the roof and gutters on my own house and of course called them because I knew that I could depend on the work and the pricing would be very competitive. I had a flat membrane roof installed on a dormer, an asphalt shingle roof installed and new gutters and downspouts installed.

We had damage to our exterior wall, under our siding, probably because of an area of our roof where there was no rain diverter and there was a gap in the J-molding. We requested Exterior Medics to provide an estimate, and then to repair the issue. First, we received a call the morning of their intended visit. Not a real problem, but it'd be nice to have a bit more notice. Second, part of the repair was a "creative use of caulk" to close a gap between our gutter and siding. Workers, were very professional, worked fast and knew what they were doing. Thirty year old shingles and rotten roof parts removed, weatherproofing and new steel roof installed! It is beautiful!

Instead of spending $119 for a roof estimate (should be free based on future business), I was expecting a more detailed write up on roof condition. Pictures of areas requiring roofing work was good; however, instead of writing down the service needs, an in-person conversation was conducted along with receiving a roofing estimate for work. Received a roof inspection and estimate for replacing roof and gutters

We had a small earthquake and they went up and checked the roof for any issues that may have resulted. He provided a photo of a crack in the chimney cap and gave an estimate to fix it. We didn't have the chimney fixed at the time, but he did reseal around the flashing. I bought a Big Deal for $149 for Roof Maintenance Package.
Exterior medics helped me get insurance fund for my roof that was damaged by rain. They did an excellent job. Install new roof & skylights.
