Exterior Medics did an excellent job on the numerous projects involved in fixing rotted areas on the exterior of our house. They had a couple of different teams involved in the different tasks,an estimator, and a foreman, and everyone involved with the company was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. During Storm Sandy I experienced 2 leaks, both coming down 2 different air vents on the second floor of my SF house. After the storm was over, I immediately called Exterior Medic and they squeezed me into their already booked schedule. Tom Green came out just a couple of days after I had called them. Great experience. Started early and went into the evening, so it was dark when they finished. As a result, theclean-up left a bit to be desired, but other than that, nothing but praise. Recommended. Replaced roof shingles and accessories/flashing completely, including tear-off and removal of old roof.
Had an excellent experience from the estimate to the completion of the work. The work was done just before Hurricane Sandy arrived and my house stayed dry. Best customer service I have experienced with any company. Replaced damaged gutters and replaced old gutters on other parts of the house. Very responsive. My first contact was early on the morning after Hurricane Sandyhad moved up the coast. That day a team came out and placed a tarp on the roof to protect the house. After theinsurance adjustor had completed his assessment and Exterior medics had provided an estimate they indicated it would be another week to ten days before the repair work could be completed due the work they already had scheduled. The initial meeting with the representativewas on time and a complete inspection of the roof performed went very quickly andidentificationof problems, illustrated with pictures, allowed a quick program to repair, etc. to be prepared and agreed to. Installation of the program was equally satisfactory. Repair, replaced and rebuilt various sections of an asphalt shingled roof as required to rectify problems with leaks and critter entrances.
