I can not believe the amazing service my husband and I have received from Mike Carr. Mike has gone above and beyond in so many ways. They are about community and helping people, and giving back. We have had the privilege of working with some of the most wonderful humans there! ***Real 5 star review*** I have been with Extra for a little over 2 years now and I’ve had auto and personal loans there and I must say, my experience has always been great. I had struggle credit and Extra gave me a chance to build my credit and it’s gone up almost 100 points since I’ve been with them. I joined Extra Credit Union about 2 years ago and I must say I’m sad I didn’t know about them sooner! This place has truly changed my life whether they realize it or not. Lisa S. in the lending dept is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond and it really makes me feel like a valued customer. Here I feel treated like a person, not a number.
