The process was quick & painless. The attendant was knowledgeable and friendly.
When contacting Extra Space from the initial call through their customer service all the way to service at the unit was excellent. This is our 1st rental. They walked us through the process the entire way from the size unit we would need, suggestions on how to pack it, the lock, accessibility and paperwork. Fantastic.
Manager, Jessica, very helpful. Informed us what would be most cost efficient for us. Looking for a RV space, kept us informed when available. It was a seasonal space which was perfect for us.
Place was clean and the staff was extremely helpful.
