I just started my account couple of days ago, and so far so good. Mike was very professional and pleasant at the same time. He explained all the details and answered all the questions I had. Excellent service. This was my first time storing machines from my business and I wanted to make sure they would be safe..... On top, this was the cheapest fee I found...after going around a lot. The team at this location was very responsive and quick to show me the available storage locations. The process was quick, and I found their 'Climate Control' storage to be much more 'Climate Controlled' that the Extra Space storage down the road.

I just moved in to Extra Space Storage this past month. Mike was extremely helpful and very kind. Their prices are reasonable and it feels like a very safe area. I highly recommend Mike and this location!

Purchased a storage unit at auction for a very large amount of money. In the auction terms it clearly states you have 48 hours to move or sign a lease. When I got there she refused to allow me to sign a lease and forced me to remove the items within 48 hours and stated she put it in the heading of the auction. One can interpret that as "unless you sign a lease". We are the hard working people who clean out your units and you continue to treat us like TRASH. Just understand that if you apply online, your rate will almost double after you move in. They hide this in section 30 of their contract, and the people make no mention of this. Also, upon getting my locker, I found that someone else was in my locker and had to move out. I waited over 2 hours for this to happen. The onsite person could not assign me to another same size locker, as the 'system will not allow the change'. Deceptive practices and poorly run. DO NOT RENT HERE! Ongoing rat infestation! We leased for only a few months until our storage space was covered in rat droppings and urine. When reported they responded with being "surprised" as they hadn't had any other complaints, but talking to the front desk we immediately knew by their tone and lack of action that this was false. Bait and switch! They tried to increase my rate from $91 to $150 after a few months, claiming I was given a "promotional rate." I checked the internet and sure enough, there was a class action lawsuit filed against them for this business practice. They did make it easy for me to cancel, but of course now I need to find another storage vendor.

STAY AWAY! When I signed up to store my RV there was NO NOTICE to me that the $80/month was a "promotional rate" for 6 months, and that it would be going up to $160!! Who reads every word of a lease? They need to make it clear to you up front. These are BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. There are cheaper places to store your vehicle! Better Business Bureau is next!

They jack up the price within months of signing up.....beware!! I signed up for a parking spot at around $150/month. About 2 months or so later, I got a letter saying rates will now be around $240! That is over a 50% increase in less than 3 months! I would have rather they be upfront than do this bait and switch.....such dishonesty!
