We have a storage unit here, and it's great. The facility is clean and modern, the set-up process was mostly digital and very fast, and the folks I've worked with there are helpful and kind. Their prices were the best I could find, and the facility itself is great. I feel safe, and my stuff is safe. And that's really all I want from a storage unit, so it works out.

I use Extra Space Storage whenever I move or need to store extra things from my apartment. The storage units are reasonable priced. The storage area is very secure. You need a code to get access to the storage area. You must buy or bring a lock for your individual unit. Extra Space Storage has climate control units as well as regular units. This place is infested with rats. I stored items with Extra Space only to open the door and find rat droppings everywhere. Based on my recent conversations with management, they are well aware of the problem and have not taken adequate steps to get rid of the rats. And, they are refusing to replace any of my items that were destroyed due to the rats. I had to throw out rugs, mattresses, chairs. DO NOT STORE ITEMS HERE. I would avoid this place. It's already overpriced and prices will go up after several months regardless of the agreement you already signed. The gate is constantly broken which will limit your access to the unit. I've also had mice in my unit and complained about it and nothing was done.

I originally had a 5x5 unit that I had gotten for a really good deal online and with insurance and everything I was only paying close to $50 a month... I needed something a tad bit bigger and they had a 10x7 that I upgraded to that more than doubled my payment to 121... However, there are 10x5 units that you can get for $65 to $85... I tried to contact extra space storage through chat and they were not helpful at all. Advertise low rates then jack it up almost double after 4 months. If you call the 888 number, they say they have no idea why it went up. Not worth it. Gave one star because people at my location were nice.

Rented here from July 2019-July 2020 and still waiting on a prorated refund 9 months later. This business from the top down will give you the run around in hopes of you giving up. Straight up thieves. STAY AWAY.
