i only recommend this place for angie and her customer service. very helpful and great person to come and help you. the prices are a little too high tho and it's a great rate at first but eventually doubles.

I found this storage facility and was very excited to move in when suddenly a unit of the same size and price became available across the street from home. I called Angie (who was absolutely stellar from the beginning) and explained my predicament. She not only helped me close out my account very easily, she also advised me on getting credited for the lock at my new storage unit. Very rarely do you see this level of service. Thank you Angie. You wet the standard for excellent customer service.

Angie and Arsenio have been an amazing help moving in and out of this location. I rent out most of my storage units in Irvine and Lake Forest so unfortunately I had no intention to stay, but as past experience has shown both Angie and Arsenio lived up to Extra Spaces' excellent customer service! It was a real joy chatting with both of you and thank you Extra Space for always being there when I need you. Five stars!

Clean unit, nice location, super great deal on the price. The manager Arsenio is the best! He was helping us get a new unit at this property and his personality just really sold us on it. He's funny, attentive and really cool. I'm happy we chose this place.

Very good place. Very safe and very welcoming. Offered free water at their convenience.
Although the location is not the best, the quality of the unit exceeded my expectations. Especially during the pandemic the staff as a whole was accommodating and understanding. I continue to receive excellent customer service every time I call.
