Advertised as quick and easy. It was anything but. I chose a unit at a location 0.5 mile from my place. It changed it to 3 miles away without notification. I had to be told by the associate and she told me I had to complete my lease. Also never given notification about that either. When I finally got to the location, my access code didn't work. I had to wait 30 minutes for the associate to get back from lunch. Not even calling the number could help me. Once she got back from lunch, it was because she had to verify my ID. I c... read more

This is the second time in two months that my actual unit has been broken into, along w others, and there has been no resolve with the vandalization or stolen equipment. Filed two police reports and claims with their insurance and nothing!! I've only been here for 4 months. Moving it and DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Owners can contact me to resolve but I highly doubt it. Your loss is NOT their concern.

They're really nice at first, but it's a money grab. It's my first experience with storage units and somehow it went from $80 a month to $160 in less than a year. How? I'd probably take my chances with a more reputable storage company next time and avoid these mom and pop franchises. I still don't get it.

They don't actually offer 1st month free. It's just a scam they run to get you in the door. So then once you show up with your stuff you're kind of stuck going with them.

i will never come here again!!! i waited almost an hour and by the time they were able to even answer a few questions, the unit showed was too big and it was time for them to close and i did not have enough time to go to another location!!! i hated giving this place even one star when they deserve zero!!! save your time and money!!!

I would not recommend anyone to rent a storage unit at this location. The storage spaces are okay BUT I'm very big on customer service . This locations staff is terrible. Just plain rude DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY.

I would not recommend this location, I can't speak of others, however the Adams street sight staff is not very helpful. I've had a unit here for over a year with little issue until recent staff changes. The junior staff is uninformed and only focused of their sales numbers so they treat long time customers , which have lower rates, with disrespect and miss leading information. I would stay away from this Site.

I Do Not Recommend this Storage Company: I have had this storage space for 10 months and in that time frame my rent has been increased 3 times. I have requested to purchase a long term lease, even pay 6 months in advance but was informed from the property manager the company does not allow. He basically informed me that they can continue to raise my rent without any notice. The property also insists on insurance and this rate has been increased on a separate notice.
