The Somerville Extra Space Storage is a bright and clean facility with easy access to the units, but what makes it extra special are the people who work there. I've had nothing but exceptional service and attention from everyone manning the desk or the phones when I call. Luis took time to really help me and my wife figure out how to access our unit after we couldn't find the key or access information. They set a high bar.
My husband and I rented a space from Extra Space Storage on Somerville Ave., a couple of weeks ago. We met with the manager, Raynel Garcia who was absolutely wonderful! He took us around to show the available units, explained everything about the facility, rules, hours, contract etc. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and just plain nice. We felt so comfortable thanks to Raynel we rented a space immediately. He is a big plus for Extra Space Storage to have as a representative of the company. Well done!
I love it here. Staff is great and responsive, helpful and super friendly to the people I recommend! Big shout out to Ray for running the show!

Tyson was super helpful put in my lock and was super knowledgeable about the units. O was in and out in no time very accessible and carts available to get to my unit easily

We had been using West coast Storage for over a year, and they raised their rates astronomically. We knew a storage unit company was opening down the street from our home, and we contacted the owner prior to their opening. We were actually their first customer, and we have never been more pleased! They are an amazing company to deal with, and store your property. The Manager Cyndi is absolutely amazing! This move has been a positive one, and a very cost effective one. Highly recommend them to anyone.
Vivian the manager was amazing. The place is clean, Vivian showed me around, explained how things work. Very comfortable with this choice. if I need an extra space ever, I know where to go.
Vivian, the site manager, was great. Showed me around, signed me up, negotiated all the paperwork. She's clear and logical and extends herself to the customer. Terrific attitude.
