I've had a great experience here. Setting up my account was simple, though they do require a fingerprint. Online payment is not perfect, but it's definitely good enough. I wish they were open later, but it's better than a lot of storage places around here.
So far I'm giving them a big 4 star. . . they'd get 5, but you'll see why I bring 'em down a wee notch. I went in today to get a small 5x5 unit for a month or two as we (fingers crossed) move from apartment to our own condo. The first month is "free" except for a $32 administrative fee, and of course the mandatory $9/month insurance. ;) I love "free" almost as much as i love free. Update: I've been there for a year now and they have twice now attempted rate increases of over 80% and forced me to argue my way down. I'm paying double what I agreed to pay when I first moved in and that's AFTER talking my way down (which by the way they'll absolutely do, despite what they say, if you just get aggressive enough). The district managers are complete cowards about it and are so desperate not to get on the phone because they know it's indefensible. I rented a space with Extra Space Storage at $113 per month. After three months, they raised my rate to $166 (a 32% increase) without any warning or communication. I didn't know the rate was changing until after it was charged to my credit card. *DO NOT RENT HERE*

The office is not open for the hours advertised online. I tried to go thirty minutes after their posted opening time. Although there were staff in the office who could see me when I knocked, they did not unlock the door.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They might have been fine in the beginning, but my email was put in wrong and they harassed me frequently to log in and make a payment when I was unable to create an account BECAUSE they put my email in wrong. I've had to call over 20 times in the past month to sort this out and they always appear friendly and helpful on the phone until I hang up and absolutely nothing has been changed. I would have given 0 stars but I did not have that option, This place is an absolute scam, if you need a storage facility avoid this place at all cost, I promise you'll feel better about setting your things and money on fire then to deal with this absurd excuse for a storage facility! My partner and I were excited to get some storage space close to our home- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about you. We ordered a storage unit online, super easy. NOPE They called and set up a time to meet us. We went. No one was there. Except for other costumers who were told to come. I flew to the east coast to move some stuff into storage. I chose the Somerville Ave location because it was convenient (albeit much more expensive), however these were my deceased Mom's paintings and my Grandmothers carpets and my vintage leather collection, stuff that couldn't come with me to the tropics. 3 months after arriving home I get a call that they have flooded.
