I have been really satisfied by the storage solutions that ExtraSpace Storage offers and also the customer service! The Austin Burnet Road location has free flatbed carts to use for loading and unloading, and the front sliding doors outside of the gate are closest to the elevator in case you are located on a floor other than the ground level. I would recommend ExtraSpace Storage to anyone whether for personal or business purposes!

Saydee did a wonderful job of helping us quickly get into a unit. The access and provided carts are great, and this facility is conveniently located less than 4 minutes from our home.

I am very pleased with my storage unit. The facility is clean and the employees are friendly. My unit is easily accessible and I have no problems parking or entering the building. So far my overhead light is not working but the manager has been off for the holidays and I have been assured that the problem will be fixed on his return.
I felt like my belongings are safe! it is very clean. The manager was very nice to deal with! and access is a breeze.
I love this storage company. Initially I chose Extra Space because of their price (first month free) really means first month is free even if you just rent for one month! I keep coming back to Extra Space because of the professional staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the convenience of the location for me. I will not store anywhere else in Austin.
