We chose this specific storage place because my parents have been customers here for more than 8 years. I was hesitant, but we were in a rush to move out of our house due to our home remodel. The house was being demolished soon. Bilal who works the front desk office is very professional, informative, thorough, helpful, etc. He provided information that would benefit us (he needs a raise ) and even helped my parents get a bigger storage for a lower rate (there were deals going on at that time). I've been with Exra Storage for a few years. I've had no issues with renting at this location. Staff has been helpful with certain issues I've had with my unit. They've been very responsive. I like their app and the digital access to open the gate/doors instead of entering an access code.

Bilal at the location I actually rented at was super easy to talk to and , Leilani at the location on Curtner which sent me to to Oakland Road were super effective with helping me out.

Cameron was super helpful when I visited recently. Friendly, quick service. Everything is very clean, there were plenty of carts.

This is an outstanding storage facility! The management is awesome: highly professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.,I have stored there for approximately years, and feel it is superior to any others I have viewed. The halls are kept shiny and spotless, and the air conditioning really help when moving items in and out. There is even background music to add to the pleasant atmosphere. I have never had any reason to question the safety of my stored items. I would give this facility a "6" if possible.
