Do not buy storage auctions from this facility. You will be scammed by them. They intentionally stage the auctions after removing anything of value from them. There is no way that any person on this planet would store straight garbage for high monthly cost. Would not admit there faults and how they ripped me off but this is not the first time that I have had issues with this company staging these storage auctions. Do not store your items here. We have been storing our items here for the past 2 years our monthly rates started off at 157 and now 301.00 a month. Such a high increase. Not to mention there are rat feces everywhere inside our storage we had to get rid of a lot of clothing items as they chewed through our boxes and containers and yet they continue to raise prices meanwhile their facilities are filthy. I am generally not one to rate places poorly. I like giving compliments where they are due. For me, the way customers are treated is the main deciding factor in ratings. I first would like to compliment John. He has always been very friendly and pleasant. Excellent customer service from him. Karen on the other hand has made me feel as if I'm doing something wrong just about every time I've interacted with her in the last year and a half. When I called the number provided they wouldn't even refund me the rent I already paid for the next month also the insurance is a RIP off only paid 700 my stuffed was valued at way more that that also Frank still hangs there and he has never been arrested for stealing out of their storage jnits

They have nice staff, good rates, and decent availability. HOWEVER their rates increase DRAMATICALLY. I signed for $ 29 for 5x5 ($35 original rate with special discount). 7 months later, I get a post card saying it increased to $40. 13 months later, I get another post card saying it increased to $45. Within in 1 year, 65% increase in fee !! I have never been late to payment or had any problem with payments. There should be an option to give 0 stars for how horrible of a service I got from this storage place. The manager Karen has no idea what goes on in her store. Said to me countless times she has to many units to keep track off and doesnt know who's moving out or what, which basically she just told me she couldn't do her job. Do not rent here!!! First off they have signs that say first month free but when I asked about it I was told it wasn't being offered at this time, even though it was advertised online as well as at their location. The rent was increased after only four months. I mailed a payment to them and they sent the payment back to me rather than crediting to my account. They did this in order to be able to charge more fees. Just an all around frustrating experience dealing with them. There are several other storage facilities close by ... read more
