If you go Ask for Bridget she's the best she goes above and beyond I had an option to move to storage closer to my house and I don't want to leave I don't want to deal with anyone that isn't Bridget she is literally a diamond there I recommend family and friends to go there as a matter fact siblings and cousins and mother-in-law all storage with extra space thanksto Bridget

So i was on a short time schedule with locating a self storage unit for a furniture delivery. i had done my research and came to Extra Space Storage Britney was very patient and helpful explaining what the terms and conditions of the 1st month free promotion. she took the time to show me multiple available units and even researched online pricing for me to save money. int he end i felt very comfortable with them and she made it easy for me to decide if i wanted to go with them no pressure i am very happy with the assistance ... read more

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Storage units are clean and well kept. The price cannot be beat! Security is top notch. Highly recommended.

When I submitted a police report and later talked to the district managers they suggested that I move to another location instead of the current one. Which is still under investigation. They also just raised my rent all of suddenly. I will be moving out due to our suspicious break in our unit

I had just entered my unit with my hands full and gate fell behind me when Christina aggressively banged on my gate and opened very aggressively yelling at me gate needs to stay open!! I was startled and completely caught off guard. When speaking to management she stood there staring at me making me very uncomfortable. I've been at the unit 10 days and will be taking my items elsewhere. Very unprofessional and do not recommend this facility.

I recently had my storage unit broken into, and our family lost everything. They assured me they had cameras and it was a secure building. My lock was replaced, and then the manager put a new one on, but she didn't know who had installed it. A few weeks later, our bins and boxes were gone. The police and CSI suspect foul play because the manager wouldn't fully cooperate with them. They are processing fingerprints, and I agree this was an inside job.

Do not buy storage auctions from this facility. You will be scammed by them. They intentionally stage the auctions after removing anything of value from them. There is no way that any person on this planet would store straight garbage for high monthly cost. Would not admit there faults and how they ripped me off but this is not the first time that I have had issues with this company staging these storage auctions. Anybody who has been deceived by them with the storage auctions in the past, please put your experience as well.... read more

Do not store your items here. We have been storing our items here for the past 2 years our monthly rates started off at 157 and now 301.00 a month. Such a high increase. Not to mention there are rat feces everywhere inside our storage we had to get rid of a lot of clothing items as they chewed through our boxes and containers and yet they continue to raise prices meanwhile their facilities are filthy.
