I just opened my storage facility in September to hold my my wedding items, wedding dress, and some extra home items that can save me some space. Now, in January (four months later) I am ALREADY CLOSING MY UNIT and moving to another storage company. They were kind and seemed so helpful when I first opened my unit. This facility has rude personnel who do not assist customers. Several times my password wouldn't work even when I had paid on time. They were only nice when we first rented. Recently they sold my items out of my unit without notifying which is required by law! FIND ANOTHER FACILITY OR COMPANY OR YOU MAY REGRET IT!
