Everything was exactly how it was advertised. We paid what we expected to pay. Staff was friendly. Only weird thing was having to maneuver around the guy basically living in the unit next to ours to get our stuff out.

Wow what a truly great place and clean facility with excellent customer service! The office girls were great! They are patient, professional and very efficient. If you have a problem at all don't be afraid to ask and they will be right at your storage to answer your concerns and help in any way. Finally got out of there. My last monthly payment due was $244.60 for a 10x10 storage. I could/should have just let them auction it all off years ago - I could have replaced everything in there by now for far less than I paid to keep it in storage.
I had such an easy and fun experience while choosing a storage for my items! Thank you Melissa for helping us through this process

We have never been more happier! I'm glad my boyfriend found this place! Melissa was sooo awesome! She assisted us with what we needed and showed us around. I've been a happy customer for a couple of months now & recently downsized my storage unit. I called the manager, Melissa, on Friday to explain what I was doing and she answered all of my questions. Although she was off on Saturday, she said she would have Tim help me. When I came in on Saturday, Tim, was already aware of my situation and they had a smaller unit ready for me! I had a unit here for about 3 years. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my storage needs. The facility was very secure and was extremely clean each time I went to my unit. This is one of the best storage facilities I have stored my items at.
The staff was very professional and helpful. The unit was clean and spacious for me. I would recommend this facility. Never a wait and fast service !!
