Great experience + great location + great employees working the front desk.
Great location...awesome office staff!
Minus actually doing the manual labor it has been super easy. There is always a cart available to drag the product I'm moving in. It has been SO clean in the hallways and around the building. And when I've seen other's in the hallways they have been polite, especially the maintenance workers who have been fixing things since the freeze.
Extra Space is close to home and along a route I travel frequently. I was able to see the actual unit to determine if my items would fit. I was able to decide if I needed climate control or not.

Personnel are all so very friendly, especially Jennifer, helpful and work to accommodate our every need! We have found the entire facility to be neat and clean at all times. We consider Extra Space at 4920 McKinney in Dallas to be our storage "home"!!
