Had a great experience with Bill, the manager at the Extraspace on Tesla road in Irvine. Extremely flexible and was always available when I had questions. Gave some great options on storage units. Highly recommended. Thank you Bill!

I have a storage unit that I rent for work. I occasionally have boxes shipped to this storage facility. The staff have been extremely kind to move the boxes into my unit. Yesterday, I was expecting to receive a lot of boxes. I accounted for all, but two. I desperately needed the last two boxes for work. So, this morning, I showed up at my unit and there was still nothing. This was before the facility was opened. At 9:30am, I called and spoke to Raymond. You can't get a better place to store your things. The service is the best I've seen and we store a lot for myself and my wife's furniture business. Phil k.
David, the Manager was very friendly, very knowledgeable and patient in that he took a lot of time explaining how the system works, showing me around many of the vacant lockups and has since day one been as friendly as he was before I became a customer. I was also recommended by a friend to use this facility and so the circle continues. Thanks David
Wonderful experience renting a unit here! I was able to secure an 8x10 climate controlled unit close to the exit at a great price in a matter of minutes. Dave, the manager was friendly, professional and keeps this facility neat & organized. I have never used a storage facility for my property before and this experience helped aleve my anxieties.
Extra Space storage is the best... Dave & Deena in Irvine helped me with my storage needs so much because I misplaced my lock after 2 days and Deena gave me another at no extra charge !!!
