I have a storage unit that I rent for work. I occasionally have boxes shipped to this storage facility. The staff have been extremely kind to move the boxes into my unit. Yesterday, I was expecting to receive a lot of boxes. I accounted for all, but two. I desperately needed the last two boxes for work. So, this morning, I showed up at my unit and there was still nothing. This was before the facility was opened. At 9:30am, I called and spoke to Raymond. David, the Manager was very friendly, very knowledgeable and patient in that he took a lot of time explaining how the system works, showing me around many of the vacant lockups and has since day one been as friendly as he was before I became a customer. I was also recommended by a friend to use this facility and so the circle continues. Thanks David

Wonderful experience renting a unit here! I was able to secure an 8x10 climate controlled unit close to the exit at a great price in a matter of minutes. Dave, the manager was friendly, professional and keeps this facility neat & organized. I have never used a storage facility for my property before and this experience helped aleve my anxieties.

Extra Space storage is the best... Dave & Deena in Irvine helped me with my storage needs so much because I misplaced my lock after 2 days and Deena gave me another at no extra charge !!!

I needed to find storage space my boss would be happy with. He is moving from a warehouse he has been in for 13 years. He wanted someplace close, safe, clean with great prices. I found the perfect place at Extra Space Storage. The guys that helped me out were friendly, knowledgeable and even a bit fun. The property was very clean and they had just what my boss was looking for. I did research for prices in this area and this company was the best price in town. They made me look good. I am warning you now, DO NOT do business with this place. Management are crooks here. They advertise online one price and you get a unit and they charge full price and say no sorry you can't change names and move storage units to get a cheaper rate. They make the rules as they go. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT do business with these people. Let alone they have A LOT of break ins and do nothing about it.

My girlfriend has a storage unit there and it got burglarized. The management seems to be of no help. Acts like it's a normal thing that happens here. She pays a high price for this to happen to her. I absolutely DONT recommend this place. Go somewhere else where they have cameras and will treat you better. Trust me, if I could, I would not even give them one star
