If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Since they have taken over they have sent us no notifications of the buy out and most recently the price change which is significant and that you have to pay a whole 30 days prior to your due date. Oh and they also do not take your money unless it's whatever their computers tell them to. I have 3 friends and family that have units there and we will all be moving out and hiring a lawyer to sue them. DO NOT RENT HERE!! Their policies change and they do not notify you.
