Yes I had a great experience with Steve from the Sandston location on Williamsburg Road in Richmond, Va. He was very pleasant. Easy to work with. This location was very helpful and professional.
I have been with them for about a year now. yes, I had some issues but they have worked with me multiple times. The management staff has been nothing but patient and friendly no matter how many times I call or have questions about billing or whatever the issue is about.they have been understanding.the return calls when they say. the place is always kept clean. the previous staff was wondwrful but the new staff is just as great and helpful.
We have used Extra Space Storage in the past and didn’t hesitate to use them again. Jerold took really good care of booking our unit. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the contract. We recommend the units and of course Jerold.
When I say the customer service was wonderful I give it 10 stars if I could I’ll definitely be recommending extra space storage to my family and friends
