I'd like to thank Extra Space stirage for bringing in Servpro to clean up the damage sustained from the heavy rain last Thursday. They were friendly, efficient, professional and empathetic. Prices keep increasing sometimes two-three times a year. When questioned they blame it’s the industry standard. Meanwhile the CEO enjoys his abundant salary.

Once I purchased my storage unit I did not get a follow up call about my unit. Turns out that the unit I received was damaged. After that I received a call saying that I had to move to another unit, but I had no way to move my stuff. Also they put a different lock on my unit so I couldn’t access my items at all. Once I explained that the unit given to me over the phone was different from the one on my contract. A guy named Steve reached out to me and resolved the issue.
