My reservation and rental process was all conducted online. It was quick and easy. I am especially enjoying the phone app which allows entry into the lot from your phone vs keying having to key in all of the digits on the keypad (optional). The unit was clean of dirt or debris so overall, it’s been a good experience. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Whittier.
Melissa helped me get set up with a storage unit in the middle of the horror that was 2020 and it has been nothing but a positive experience for the last three years. Recently I needed a second unit just to temporarily hold some items and again she got me into the right unit for my needs

The young lady Melissa at counter is extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions I had. She made my experience today super fast & friendly. I was able to get in & out quickly. Oh & Ray was cool as well. cant forget about Ray. he was in the background cracking jokes with me making my experience even better. Solid dude for sure.
