The location is great. Not far from where we are staying. The monthly payment amount is good for the storage. Just hate that every 9 months they raise the amount by $20. That's a lot of you have to stay there for some time.

Dealing with the managers at this location was great. They were always willing to work with me when I needed a special request. Also, when I left it was in the middle of the billing cycle. They prorated my money. Public storage didn't. With public storage I was only there for 3 days and they made me pay the rest of the month. Ridiculous. Even with a 2 week advanced notice.
Process was easy! From desk person was friendly and patient with all of my moms questions.
This storage facility is awesome. Met the managers Melissa and Raymond and they guided us through the spotless, well maintained unit. We were so impressed by their customer service and impeccably clean unit that we rented on the spot. Very happy and my first month was FREE because of a special. Rates are great considering the cleanliness and security. Do not hesitate to rent here it is top notch!!!! Thank you.
Great place! Very clean and organized. Your valuables are well taken care of. Times like moving out is not an easy thing so it helps to have someone like Melissa there to guide you through.
Great place to store stuff in and safer than other storages Ray and Mellissa nice and friendly and very fair.
Great service from the staff, but holy cow, it gets HOT in the metal hallways to those units!!!! The unit itself never seemed as bad inside, but loading and unloading was... a task.
I've rented from Extra Space Storage on and off over the years. They're always friendly and look for ways to save you time and money. The space is also clean, well-lit, and secure. Highly recommended.
