I reserved this unit a week before my lease signing date. No where in the paper work was there any notification that if I didn't arrive or call at a certain time of move-in date that they would lease my unit to someone else. This is exactly what happened. I was then forced to rent at the Bermuda Dunes location, but this time the unit was $117 (same style) monthly rather than the $94 I had reserved originally. I'm lucky I got a unit at all.
