It is always clean and the manager is also very helpful when I had any questions. Just a great and fairly priced storage company

I have had 3 large units here for over 3 years and during that time they\'ve been great to rent from. They take care of their property and maintain the grounds religiously. The buildings are freshly painted every year and the asphalt always seems to be newly done. They also treat security very seriously by having strict rules, sophisticated surveillance & alarm systems with motion sensors, guard dogs that protect the facility after hours, and on top of everything, they have onsite management staff that actually lives on site... read more
Not only is this place nice, clean and secure, it's staff is on another level of kind and helpful. Jonathan was an amazing person that bent over backwards to assist us. This type of service is rare to find anywhere let alone a storage company. Because of Jonathan our business will stay with Extra Space Storage knowing that they truly are committed to their customers and their valuables.
Spoke with Jonathan about my needs for extra space. He was extremely courteous and was able to explain the different sizes and costs easily. The facility is very clean and secure. I feel 100% safe leaving my belongings in storage here. Would highly recommend this Extra Storage location to all my friends and family.

The level of disrespect I experienced during our interaction was appalling. To be told to my face that I 'cannot afford' your business is a level of shaming that no customer should ever endure. Racism and classism are real, and it was clear in the way I was looked at and spoken to. You don't walk in my shoes, and you certainly don't own me. To judge someone's worth based on your own biases is a failure of both business and character. Do better.

Came by at 2:00 pm on Friday, standing in front of a sign that says "Open Monday - Friday 9:30AM to 6:00PM", place was closed. On the door was a clock that says "be back at 1:40pm" or what looked to be 1:40pm. Maybe it's a good place but their hours of operation are very unreliable.
