The management is very helpful and friendly. The facility and units are neat and clean.
Very clean and reasonable pricing. Gated and climate control is a plus. Assistance Manager - Christian friendly helpful professional and great customer service. Will back in a year to rent.
Came by at 2:00 pm on Friday, standing in front of a sign that says "Open Monday - Friday 9:30AM to 6:00PM", place was closed. On the door was a clock that says "be back at 1:40pm" or what looked to be 1:40pm. Maybe it's a good place but their hours of operation are very unreliable.
worst experience ever? had my shirt off because I was sweating so bad and hot in the summer 125 degrees. one of the worker's say I can't habe my shirt off. I said it's hot under what condition it say in the contract. they said they would show it to me never did. because they know Julie Garcia and they know that's my girl. like they have something personal with me. because I'm with Julie anyways, I went straight to the office so they could show me the contract what it says they didn't say anything about the contract. I've been a tenant for over 4 years, at times with $1200+ per month in units. Dealing with Ariana, the on-site manager, about anything has been extremely aggravating and an uphill battle. She is unprofessional, unreasonable, disrespectful, and argumentative. She has hung up on me at least 5 times and has flat out lied about every incident. She offers new tenants a rent discount if they leave her good reviews (saying to use her name specifically). I called the number that was left in the response to my review and a message was taken. The "owner"was supposed to call me and that never happened. That has been about 3 weeks ago. The lack of customer service is bad all across the board. If the "owner" cares little enough about her business that she has such a rude and unprofessional on site manager, it doesn't shock me that there is no interest in knowing what is happening at this location.

Bait and Switch! We got a great online price at the Dinah Shore Palm Desert location and moved in. Moving in was a breeze and we were very happy. Within 3 months, they raised our rent from $257 to $303/month! Amazing how they waited until we were all moved in AND after we wrote our first review, before raising the price. Our only choice now is to rent a truck and move out, or pay the increased rate. We feel completely PLAYED!

I have no problem with the facility or the employees it's the people at the top who make things difficult for regular folks...When I rented a space I was told that particular space did not qualify for first month free however it just so happened they had a special going for a discounted rate if I wanted it So I signed up bought a lock (from the sales lady) then was told I had to also purchase insurance. I will start my review by saying that the facilities are clean. The units are well maintained and for the most part staff is very helpful. My biggest or only complaint I have is the lighting in the facilities appear to be on very short timers. The past two weekends I have been cleaning out my storage unit of old and used items - that I've probably kept for too long. I spent about 4 hours last weekend and another 3 this Saturday.
